Code in Long Non-coding RNA - CH Ting "I
discovered that the wall-to-wall pearls and necklaces I reported last month
were due to the corruption of a data file. I had done very extensive sanity
checks on 5 large lncRNA databases, and the results look credible. I will
summarize the pearls and necklaces found in these databases. All calculations
were done in Python 3.7.4, using its very powerful string functions. I could
have done all string operations in Forth, but the Python code is much simpler
and much shorter."
