Multi-Bootable USB Drive - John E. Harbold
John
has created an external USB disk drive that can be used to boot up any computer
with either the 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Fedora 22 Linux. John will
demonstrate these booting capabilities on some unsuspecting person's
laptop.
- How to install
gsmartcontrol package
on various Linux distributions:
- Fedora

- 21 - yum install gsmartcontrol
- 22 - dnf install gsmartcontrol
- Ubuntu

- sudo apt-get install gsmartcontrol
The above installation methods will also install the dependent
smartcontrol. This utility will tell you how long your disk life is. |
